Reconnection after disconnection

STEPS TO RE-OPEN A DISCONNECTED WATER LINE
1. Request for an assessment of your re-connection at the Metro Vigan Water District
(MVWD) at Burgos St., Solid West, Vigan City.
2. Pay the necessary fees and account at the cashier’s office.

600.00		Customer’s Deposit (if not yet paid in previous transactions)

Commercial-Full		Php 1,200.00

3. After payment, water -connection will be scheduled for re-opening within 48 hours.

STEPS TO RE-OPEN A DISCONNECTED WATER LINE FOR MORE THAN ONE (1) YEAR
1. Visit the office of Metro Vigan Water District (MVWD) at Burgos St., Solid West, Vigan
City to request for the opening of a disconnected water line.
2. MVWD will issue a Job Order for inspection and estimation of materials needed in reopening
the connection.
3. After inspection, visit MVWD and ask for the assessment of your re-connection.

600.00		Customer’s Deposit (if not yet paid in previous transactions)

4-. Pay necessary fees and accounts at the cashier’s office.
5. Water connection will be scheduled for re-opening within five (5) working days after
payment.
