- EXPERIENCE: 1 year of relevant experience.
- ELIGIBILITY: Career Services (Subprofessional) First Level Eligibility.
- COMPETENCY: Knowledgeable in government procurement procedures. With at least One(1) year experience in Government Budget Monitoring of Water Utilities and experience in computerized accounting system.
